We are running our routes one (1) hour early today, February 27th, 2019.
Safety of our Employees and Service to our Customers has been our Number One priority for 35 years and having policies and practices in place helps us make this possible.
Our Customer base should be familiar with our practices and procedures from prior distributions regarding severe weather, but we want to assure the communication wasn't assumed.
Our policy below is as follows:
• If the State of Oklahoma calls for a "State of Emergency" and State offices have closed we will cancel pick-ups for the day in which this takes place. If the “State of Emergency” is called for ”mid-day,” we will call in all service vehicles for the safety of our employees and our vehicles
• If a "State of Emergency" is not declared and streets are snow packed and passable with snow, a Presort First Class representative will call the customers’ contact on file to determine the action plan for that day’s event.
• For the safety of our employees if the roads are ice formed the Presort First Class Management team could reach a decision for that day's closure but will still be answering calls for service needs.
Thank you in advance for helping us keep all parties safe when Oklahoma weather calls for conditions beyond our control.
Please utilize our website weather notification link at www.presortfirstclass.com and/or our email address for advance arrangements, and we will do our best to serve you and your business.
Thank you for your business!
